Before you write
It may be worth a look at the product pages for specifications, applications and packaging, or the export process if you want to understand the stages first. Buyers wanting their own brand should see private label, and the quality page covers how we hold a specification consistent between lots.
Writing a Useful Enquiry
What to include, and why it speeds things up
Most enquiries we receive are a single line asking for a price on a product. We always reply, but the honest answer to that message is a list of questions rather than a quotation — because cost depends on specification, volume, packing and destination, and none of those are knowable from the enquiry.
The product and specification
Name the powder and your target mesh and moisture. If you have an existing specification sheet, send it — matching a known specification is far quicker than reverse-engineering one from samples.
Your application
What the powder goes into tells us more than any parameter list. A snack seasoning slurry, an instant soup and a sausage blend each want something different from the same nominal product, and we will recommend a grade accordingly.
Volume and frequency
A trial quantity, a full container and a standing monthly programme are planned quite differently. An early indication of annual volume also lets raw material be planned into the season.
Packing preference
Bulk 25 kg sacks, lined cartons, or retail packs under your own brand? Private label has to be decided earlier than bulk, because printed packaging is ordered in runs.
Destination
Your port sets documentation and transit, and destination humidity genuinely changes which barrier packing we recommend — especially for tomato and lemon powder.
After You Write
What happens next
We check feasibility
Before quoting we confirm that your specification is something we can actually produce consistently, rather than agreeing first and discovering later.
Samples from real lots
Qualified buyers receive samples drawn from actual production, not a hand-prepared best case, so your trials mean something.
A specific quotation
Once specification, volume, packing and destination are settled, you receive a quotation covering all of them rather than a headline number.
Honest scoping
If your requirement is outside what we can genuinely deliver, we say so early rather than at the sample stage.
A trial before volume
For first orders we usually suggest a trial consignment, which exposes documentation and handling friction at low stakes.
No mailing list
Your enquiry goes to our export team by email and nowhere else. This website has no backend and stores nothing you type into it.
Common Questions
Getting in touch
What should I include in my enquiry?
The product, approximate volume, target mesh and moisture, pack format and destination port. Quotations depend on all of these, so a complete brief gets a real answer rather than follow-up questions.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to reply to qualified business enquiries promptly during Indian business hours. Requests needing a production or raw material check may take a little longer while we confirm feasibility.
Do you work with first-time importers?
Yes. We regularly support buyers new to importing from India and can walk through sampling, specification, documentation and shipping stage by stage.
Can we arrange a call or visit?
We welcome discussions with serious buyers, including facility visits. Contact our export team to arrange a time that suits your timezone.
